We do not compete with, but actually complement secondary or post-secondary education, peer-to-peer groups or national conference/DVD training organizations.
With 25 years of experience in electronics engineering project management ( US Navy) and 15 years as an educator, Harold has extensive experience bridging the gap between education and industry. Harold holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University, a nationally recognized Lean Knowledge Certificate, as well as a Lean Bronze Certification.
Mohammed has over 30 years of experience developing curricula to train engineers, technicians, and future applied engineers in the field of industrial automation. Over the past three decades, he has mentored engineers and technicians to apply the unique set of skills provided by his program and empowered them to become proficient problem-solvers in providing solutions to recurring problems.
Vince’s expertise is in the service industry. As an owner, recruiter, and trainer for four service corporations Vince has his finger on the pulse of the service industry. He is part of the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership. He has served on the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors as a director.
Jennifer has a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Indiana University. Prior to becoming a teacher in 2008, Jennifer was an accountant for fifteen years for a manufacturing firm and then for a corporation with several retail chain stores. Other than her industry experience, Jennifer brings substantial knowledge on engagement and development.
